RMA# Code for Returns
A separate RMA# must be requested for each individual package!
Please record contact data and information relating to the package on the first screen.
It is possible to send your accompanying documents via upload.
Please record the data relating to the shipping items on the second input screen (max. 5 per package).
Important: The total value for each package is not to exceed € 5,000! The packages are to be divided such that this is ensured. If a division is not possible, the packages would need to be shipped directly to Vögtlin Instruments.
The following customs values are used for devices from returns:
red-y devices € 250 / V-Flow devices € 50 / M-Flow valves € 25 / System boxes € 500
