Make sure you use the latest get red-y software version 5.7.0.5 or higher.<\/p>\n<p>2. To downgrade you need to activate the \u201cexpert mode\u201d on a Basic Get red-y License*, with a daily password, by contacting directly our Voegtlin Instruments Service and Support at <a href=\"mailto:service@voegtlin.com\">service@voegtlin.com<\/a><br \/>\n<em>*Your licence right is shown at the bottom right of your Get red-y window<\/em><\/p>\n<p>3. Enter your one day password at :<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-19695 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voegtlin.com\/data\/voegtlin-get-red-y-password-en.webp\" alt=\"Software get red-y Firmware Downgrade\" width=\"366\" height=\"148\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4.
