On some computers using Windows 10, the background process is not automatically terminated when “get-red-y” software is closed. This results in a heavy load on the CPU resources. To solve the issue, this process must be closed manually via the Task Manager – ideally immediately after the get red-y software has been ended.
To avoid this phenomenon under Windows10, it is necessary to configure the start of get red-y software in Windows 95 or Windows 98 mode. To do this, right-click the get red-y icon and follow steps 1 to 6.
In this operating mode, opening the get red-y software is slowed down considerably. The opening time is approx. 1 minute and is noticeable by a “flickering” of the mouse pointer.
